> **Pros**: Worklio is a payroll software product that can manage your day-to-day operations of a business. It can manage payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation etc. Employees can also track their time off or view paystubs. It can be used in a variety of different settings, but would be a great for a staffing firm in particular. I really like the feature that has been added for employee onboarding online (aka go paperless\!). You can get Worklio up and running easily, as you do not need an IT background to do so. The product's interface is also a plus (very modern).

> **Cons**: A fairly new platform that will need to gain recognition as there are many other companies which can offer a similar product.
