The platform has been very stable and responsive. For remote assistance we previously used AnyDesk and their implementation of UAC control was a nightmare. It's a non-issue with Action1. > > **Cons**: Occasionally the dashboard counts and statistics lag behind by a few minutes, but that's most likely some I see because I spend a lot of time using the portal each day. > > Being in a fairly small company (apprx: 150 endpoints) that had no patch management solution in place prior to this, I'd say that getting Action1 implemented was the easiest project I've had since I started here a year ago. The Remote Assistance tool is just plug and play, no setup to speak of at all. I have to admit, I feel a little guilty that we are getting all of this for free. Remote control is a nice added bonus. Further the 200 clients are perfect for corporate trials or supporting family and friends. Every quarter, Action1 seems to release new features. Many of the features we were looking for have been added in just the 4-5 months we have been using the product. > > **Cons**: The "entity" breakdowns in the console are nice; however, it currently does not allow for enterprise wide actions. This is a feature they are working on, but for now actions must be performed per entity. > > Overall, the product works well and allows for easy remote support and maintenance of PCs and MACs. I have been using the product for nearly 6 months and have found the product reliable and the support staff friendly and knowledgeable.
