It's not intuitive or easy. They reently amde changes that amde it harder not easier to customize what you want to see. > > They are great and accommodate well. They listen, they iterate. Having one invoice a week for each lab instead of hundreds of invoices from all of the vendors we order has saved them hours a week to focus on other aspects. It has also made it a simple process to place and track orders all under one platform instead of going to each individual vendor's account. > > **Cons**: We are a company that places large number of orders and items so there have been lapses in terms of being notified when a price has increased. There have been many times a price increase was an error on the vendor's end because the quote expired or discount was accidently removed. If I was told before the order was placed, as it states to do for our account, I would not be wasting my time to try to get this resolved. If there is an issue with an invoice, I feel it's impossible to get help. You have items mislabeled causing there to be one item expected to be delivered but a different item is delivered. On top of that, it will cause inventory issues because my records will show I should have \_\_\_ amount of an item when I don't. Order tracking is overall okay, but there's some items I have yet to receive tracking for. When I don't receive tracking for an item and it has not been delivered, Obviously I don't want to pay for it... yet I have invoices that still need to be taken care of. If I am using your google extension to plug the exact item I want, why is it substituting items that are SO far off. > > My overall experience has been awful.
