Also, I really like the responsiveness of the support team. storage module is well thought out, although taxing “warehouse handling” when “prepaid storage” is selected on the estimate is rather baffling to me. The ability to create multiple tariffs is super cool too > > **Cons**: Customer service module could be built out a little more (vendor information, direct customer interaction like in the sales module). Ability to add freestanding notes on the Dispatch calendar would be helpful. The customer profiles could use some work. Perhaps a feature to flag. The customer as a problem customer directly in their profile instead of job dependent. Also locking their names so that if a client changes the main contact person, it only affects that one active opportunity in any other opportunity after that. Currently it changes the name on all jobs throughout that client’s history. > > Overall, my experience with SmartMoving has been very positive. When I was first looking at CRM's I kept mentioning that SmartMoving is the "Apple" of the moving industry. Very clean and easy to understand for both businesses and customers. Some reports are able to filter certain factors while others don't allow you to.
