Very useful and safe tool to share data in a professional way
Useful, practical and multifunctional, I highly recommend trying it out using the free trial.
Pros
We have been using Kamzan in the company for several years and I can say that it is a very useful tool for quickly sharing numerous documents, very heavy, with colleagues who are in different locations. Also useful for having important documents at hand from multiple locations (home / office).
Cons
Sometimes I found the data upload very slow.

Pros
Our small company liked the fact that while sending files to our clients and colleagues, they could always see a highlighted yet subtle brand name and we gained higher visibility due to that.
Cons
They need to have timely update with new features and stuff compared to other products.

Kamzan, soluzione per commercialisti in cloud
Molto positiva, positiva al punto che abbiamo affidato il nostro interno archivio al cloud di Kamzan, con migliaia di documenti dei cliente sensibili e dati importanti e fondamentali per il nostro studio.
Pros
Il suo essere dinamico e flessibile, ci ha permesso di esternalizzare il nostro server e accederci comodamente da casa, oltre che aprire alcune parti di esso ai clienti.
Cons
Il client di sincronizzazione con il dispositivo del cliente, secondo noi andrebbe investito sulla crezione di un client proprietario.

Ottimo strumenti per i Commercialisti
Ottima, sia le tecnologie che lo staff sono ben al di sopra delle aspettative. Il principale "competitor" all'apparenza è Dropbox, quindi il paragone con un colosso è sempre a discapito del brand meno noto. Qui però ci sono delle persone che ti ascoltano ed eventualmente risolvono.
Pros
Permette una precisa organizzazione dei contenuti per una gestione e condivisione documentale in ambiente sicuro ottimale tra Studio professionale e clienti. L'introduzione del tool di videocall ha reso la piattaforma ancor più utile e performante.
Cons
La piattaforma in sé non ha particolari difetti, la gestione documentale è un processo aziendale e potrebbe essere utile un supporto consulenziale in tal senso. Spesso si tende a portare on line delle procedure senza re-ingegnerizzarle in virtù degli strumenti disponibili e delle potenzialità che possono non essere sfruttate al meglio.
