> **Pros**: It is particularly advantageous to be able to work offline, because you do not always have an internet connection on the construction site - especially not Wi-Fi. I haven't seen an app like this before. Going on the construction site only with your tablet is much more efficient when conducting inspection of the object. If you see an issue, you record and send it immediately to those responsible, either via email or by uploading it to the cloud. On the task board, you can keep track of all ongoing tasks assigned to you or by you. Also, you have full overview of the number and percentage of open, solved and closed tasks by priority. This helped us get control of the construction site and collect all the data required - in one single place. The digitalisation of our projects made all relevant data easily accessible for every team member, even offline when the network connection was lost. The collaboration of our team now is more efficient than ever before.

> Most projects have problems such as low efficiency, clashes, small budgets, and timeouts. These problems can easily be avoided by using mobile digital tools like BIMtask.
