I was able to understand the concept in few minutes and then try most of the options in matter of few hours. Next day I started to implement first process templates. The optimal balance between functionality and appearance. Simple graphics, somewhat similar to Wikipedia, allow the program to work quickly.It has a great desktop for employees who will only be doing tasks and not scheduling.
