The best solution to leads management
They have been extremely helpful thru out relationship, always fast to respond and always over delivered.
Pros
Generating leads from various sources meant we needed a platform that could handle this.
The ability to add staff logins without an increase in price was great.
How versatile the selling options were was amazing, it allowed to us easier offer very customer lead solutions to our clients.
Cons
The learning curve was steep, but again the live support made this a lot less painful

The Best Ping Post and Call Routing Hybrid
They are the best lead CRM and routing platform. Period. They're always friendly at trade shows. Their support is second to none and the tech itself is unmatched. Having all of those features in one suite is invaluable to any lead generation brand or outfit looking to scale.
Pros
Most tools either focus on calls OR leads. This one does both. You can have a network of buyers setup on multiple campaigns selling leads and/or calls all within the same CRM. It's incredible... pricey, but incredible.
Cons
The cost was always the hardest about using LeadsPedia. It's worth every penny and once you're running, you make the investment back quickly. The initial investment is tough for a bootstrap or startup, but it's worth it once you utilize the full functionality.

A user friendly product, but sometimes lacking functionality
We used Leadspedia as our primary CRM, but opted to end our subscription due to the cost
Pros
Compared to other software, I found Leadspedia to quite easy to use. Finding data and setting up main functionality is usually intuitive
Cons
Compared to other software, Leadspedia is quite expensive. It also lacks some more complex, powerful functionality

Near Perfect Lead Management Platform
We searched and viewed multiple lead management platforms, whilst none of the platforms was able to meet all 10 of our requirements, Leadspedia met 8 of the 10. Far greater than the others we had demos or trials with
Pros
Very easy to view dashboard and straightforward user interface.
Cons
The URL doesn't change when you navigate through the platform, meaning you cannot bookmark your favourite and most used pages.

The perfect lead distribution software
This has solved so many headaches in regards to lead distribution for our company I can't even fit all the benefits we get from it into this review.
Pros
The ability invoice directly from the platform, the fact that it's "all-in-one" technology, and it's full list of features
Cons
Can be a little difficult to learn how to navigate, but once you get it down, it's much easier to navigate.
