Workspan as partner management tool
one of the great tool i have come across in recent time helped me a lot in my daily working and has ease lot of my work of tracking, filling my incentives
Pros
Workspan has worked out to be very useful and efficient for me as earlier i used to use ppe as the partner management tool but with this it has helped me in classifying deal and keep track of them easily.
Cons
The charts can only me downloaded as the images not as the real data so needed required changes cant be made outside workspan.

Workspan used as a tool for Cisco incentives
I use Ws as a tool recommended by Cisco for the management of the LC incentives. It is more intuitive of the previous platform but probably it is suitable to improve in the customer support of the platform

I really enjoy using this platform, it has allowed my organization to close several end-to-end projects.
Pros
I really like the automation of business processes and the ability to move between successive stages of the process.
Cons
At the very first login I had trouble recognizing the functionality of the platform. I miss some onboarding or I just missed it, if so it must be poorly visible.

Managing multiple partner engagements with Workspan
My personal use with WorkSpan has been positive. Some of my partners had a harder time adopting the platform given they work with multiple vendors. So ease of use and/or integration with existing systems was key to their success or lack of usage.
Pros
Consolidated platform for managing opportunities with multiple partners - makes complex deals easier to manage.
Cons
There is definitely a period to ramp up familiarity with the platform. Took awhile to understand where and how all of the features worked.

Using Workspan is productive
We needed a solid system for administrative purposes, Cisco decided to provide us with Workspan. Overall it is a good choice.
Pros
The use of reports seems to be the most useful, with that we can figure out what actions comes first.
Cons
We love to add some extra context to the WS number, this was the case before, but it seems to dissapeared.

Real time data visibility and assists in managing partner relationships by providing a structured way to communicate, share resources, and align on goals.
Cons
Need like a handbook to describe/guide overall structure of Workspan e.g. Activities/Opportunities are within Marketing Plans, which are within Programs, etc. My partners commonly looked into wrong sections e.g. Activities instead of Opportunities.
