> **Pros**: La bibliothèque de prix et le système d'ouvrage à composer avec les différents éléments est vraiment un gros points fort de Vertuoza. Sinon la gestion des chantiers en général nous facilite vraiment la vie.

> **Cons**: Un système de planning avec un diagramme de Gantt nous permettrait de voir plus clair dans la planification du projet. Même si il existe des outils tel que MS project autant en demander plus à Vertuoza pour aller toujours plus loin ;-)Sinon l'interface chef de chantier n'est pas assez intuitif pour un ouvrier du bâtiment selon mon expérience personnel avec mes hommes.

> **Pros**: Ce qui a le plus d'impact dans ma gestion quotidienne c'est principalement la gestion des factures clients et fournisseurs. Le contrôle des coûts est très important et cela passe obligatoirement par l' encodage des factures (clients/fournisseurs) me permettant de vérifier l'évolution de ma marge et le cas échéant de prendre des mesures pour rectifier le tire si nécessaire.

> **Cons**: Lorsque l'on travail avec des métrés d'archi c'est parfois compliqué de mettre en page avec le logiciel Vertuoza car il y a beaucoup de titres, de sous-titres et de sous-sous titres. J'ai parfois l'impression que le logiciel à du mal à réagir si il y a beaucoup de ligne dans le devis...

> **Pros**: Ik kan me niet direct grote voordelen voor de geest halen die ik hier zou willen vermelden. Zeker geen voordelen tov andere facturatieprogramma's

> **Cons**: De grootste nadelen van Vertuoza heb ik onder het puntje ervaringen neergeschreven. Alles details staan er zeker niet in, maar het geeft zeker wel een beeld het amateuristische en onvolmaakte programma

> Na een half jaar intensief gebruik van Vertuoza voor facturatie, werfopvolging en offertes, kunnen we helaas niet anders dan besluiten dat dit programma nog lang niet klaar is voor professioneel gebruik. Hoewel het concept en de beloftes veelbelovend zijn, blijkt de praktijk teleurstellend.&#10;&#10;Het programma kampt met tal van bugs en onvolmaaktheden die het dagelijks gebruik ernstig belemmeren. Een sprekend voorbeeld is de functie voor het automatisch uitlezen van aankoopfacturen. Die werd al in januari aangekondigd als "bijna klaar", maar op 28 mei is deze nog steeds niet beschikbaar. Dergelijke functionaliteiten zijn nochtans cruciaal voor een vlotte werking.&#10;&#10;De klantendienst doet op zich hun best om te helpen, maar oplossingen laten vaak weken op zich wachten. Het voelt alsof wij als klant mee moeten testen en de prijs betalen (letterlijk én figuurlijk) voor een half afgewerkt product.&#10;&#10;Wat ons het meeste tegen de borst stuit, is de manier waarop er met onze feedback en het gebrek aan werking wordt omgegaan. We vroegen een financiële compensatie voor de verloren tijd en de beperkte bruikbaarheid van het pakket. Het antwoord? Geen compensatie, want "volgende maand zou alles opgelost zijn". Eventueel zouden we volgend jaar een korting kunnen krijgen, als we dan nog klant zijn. Waarom dat dan wel zou kunnen en nu niet, blijft onduidelijk.&#10;&#10;Dat men erkent dat het programma niet werkt zoals het hoort, maar tegelijkertijd vindt dat we wel de volle pot moeten betalen, getuigt van weinig respect voor de klant.&#10;&#10;Ons besluit: voor ons nooit meer Vertuoza. Investeer liever in een stabiel en betrouwbaar systeem. Testfase of niet: een professioneel programma moet werken, zeker als je er volledig voor betaalt.
