Any changes after the fact can be done yourself or by customer service. > > **Cons**: The speed of response to issues has slowed dramatically since Covid. We used to have a chat feature that was very fast and correcting issues in the system and making changes. No that they have a ticking system it takes 1-3 days to get a response in email and then at least 24 hours before you get a reply if there are other issues needed. Some issues need speed to correct and it helps our clients feel that we care about them by taking care of their issues as soon as possible. > > We have been with ASF billing services for about 20 yrs.
