If you need support they spend extnesive time arguing and belittling customers for simple matters. Rather than hellping provide a solution when my practice had an inquiry they sent me 4+ emails such as "I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention that I have received additional emails regarding the matter we previously discussed, despite mentioning that the issue was resolved and asking a specific question. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for the ongoing emails, as it is causing some confusion. Additionally, I kindly request that you refrain from sending me any further communications that are not related to my inquiries. Thank you for your attention to this matter" rude and argumenative in all emails made this a very unpleasant experience. You get what you pay for I guess with cheaper EHR systems you get rude and inefficient support teams > > I am sure the product could be better but the rudeness of the support staff makes it not worth it. Unforatunely this system partnered with teh EHR I am using but we are considering other options after the belittling emails.
