> **Pros**: Our company has been using Beaconlive for about 5 years.  The platform is very easy to use and we've never been let down by their technical support team.  We use different providers for various projects and Beacon is by far the best one out of the bunch.
> 
> We've only experienced one issue with Beaconlive, while running a live webinar.  That was due to a hack or attack that impacted web services on the whole East Coast.  We can't blame them for an outage on a cloud hosted server though.  Therefore, I can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't recommend Beaconlive.

> **Pros**: It's very easy to use and straight forward. Setting up events is simple and running them is also very easy. Presenters also find the platform very easy to use.

> **Cons**: The screen sharing function is terrible and our customers always have a terrible experience where they cannot see the screen, or it's blurry, or the screen flashes in and out. It is just not a good feature on this platform.
