Many are complicated and look like spread sheets. Cater soft has features that work great. We book over 250 events a year using the software and find the price to be the best value in the market with no strings attached. You can't beat the price and the features. Pros: fast to set up and very easy to use. Web based access it from anywhere. Cons: some wording in descriptions are European.
