This started a problem that is apparently unsolveable. I wrote multiple polite emails both on chat and in email to ask for a corrected invoice for my company name. In the beginning, they replied. After having chatted with them, they asked me to write the same in email (why is there a chat then??). I wrote an email, they sent a link to some kind of an issue tracker website where I could not log in, my normal credentials did not work, password reset did not work, I'm pretty sure I didn't even have access to that issue tracker. I asked about this in email, never got any reply. Then I sent another inquiry, again, no reply at all. I STILL NEED A CORRECT INVOICE for legal compliance\! Chatting is useless, also I'm now ignored in emails too, though up until recently I was patient and polite. Enough of that. While the service might be good technically (or not, actually, we cannot tell as there are no 3rd party assessments available), this level of incapable and/or unwilling customer service is totally unacceptable.
