impossible to get a refund

it was Australian company and i thought it would be good to support a Australian company, sorry i was so wrong with this.
Cons
trying to get a refund after many times trying while never using the updated subscription, never got a notification email to say i was going to be billed either

Simple straightforward software for small business
Cheap to get started in my business. Tracked the basics.
Pros
If you want the simplest basic accounting software available to run your sole trader business then this could be it. It is a "to the point" software for simple business structures.
Cons
Does not have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive boys on the block. Could benefit from a facelift.
