You call in, leave a message and then they are meant to get back to you promptly. some times they do, some times they don't. Most small building businesses only have part time bookkeepers. Ours gets very frustrated with this service. The yearly high cost of this program. The cost now put on us for them to out source the integrated pay system. > > Constantly requiring bug fixes. Difficult to communicate with . Very expensive for what you get. very poor service when the annual 'help'cost is so expensive. Annual fees very expensive for what you get. Our bookeeper constantly has problems with the accounting side. Now they are about to charge us more money for the compulsory integrated Key pay system. Databuild are outsourcing this at our expense. It should be part of the huge fee we already pay.
