> **Pros**: Many mid-market companies will like the features and apparent user interface.  Subscription pricing is very competitive and quicker than average implementations.
> 
> **Cons**: Under the covers will present challenges for the larger companies.  As they updated their interface you will learn that you need two UI's to accomplish a number of steps.  You will not learn that until after using it.
> 
> Good value for Mid-Market but more challenging customers should do a pilot to ensure satisfaction.
