> Our department has been using guard1 system for approx. 10 + years.  In those years we have not had any issues with the system or the pipes.  We even lost a pipe in the snow for approx. 3 months.  We eventually found the pipe in the spring and its still working today.

> The technical support team are always ready to solve issues with the Pipe, although there has been very few issues with the pipe. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been very helpful and calls me to make sure the Pipe is working right. We have been using the Pipe for over 3 years and have had only one problem that needed to be sent in. The turn around time was very short.
