> **Pros**: Xcelerator is a solid, feature rich product with good flexibility, reporting and package level tracking options. So many areas to learn about and use to support logistics/warehousing/distribution activities. Alerts, automatic schedules, GPS tracking of drivers.
> 
> **Cons**: Lack of a solid customer experience module. Something that can categorize and search on exceptions that are attached to orders. There is a place for notes, and even memos, but neither of these are searchable.
> 
> Some really great people work at Key. They understand their user base, and have created many custom solutions for us and other clients.
