> **Pros**: I have used laborsoft at my current and previous employers and impressed with the level of customer service and the case management customization. The on-boarding process and implementation team provided exceptional customer service and exceeded our organizations expectations. The customer service responses were immediate 24/7. I would highly recommend laborsoft to any organization. I am most excited about all the new upgrades to come in the future.

Also, the same for reporting.
