> **Cons**: No cons for me. It’s easy to set up, easy to use and easy to interpret. It’s professionally produced and doesn’t cost the earth. There’s nothing to dislike

Our common non-anonymised feedback my team used to get to help with their personal development was very superficial and what Lumus360 assists in is creating nice meaty feedback that my team can action on.
