> **Pros**: High customization and flexibility when integrating with other external systems.

> **Cons**: Customization comes with a cost. We need to wait some time for any customization to come into place. One example could be a learning plan - there is an existing module in the system available, but in order to be able to use it we need to customize it to fit our needs. So we can't just toggle the switch and start using the feature, we need to customize it first, which takes time.
> 
> Generally, the system fits all our existing needs. We integrated NetExam with SalesForce to sync user data (course progress and certifications). Also, we heavily customized the system so that it looks like our own solution. If we need to change something we can open a ticket and they can get it done for us. We are able to change pretty much everything in the UX/UI of the system. However, be ready to spend time on writing down the requirements and then testing the solution.

> **Pros**: The "pay-as-you-go" pricing model was/is exactly what we needed. All of our learners are from outside the company so volume and usage is difficult to predict.  As such, the flexibility has been fantastic.  &#10;&#10;Additionally, their support team has always been responsive and taken care of our needs.

> **Cons**: The system itself can be a little clunky to use.  The new interface helps but things are always intuitive, terminology can be a little confusing, the PI could be better, and available documentation is often lacking.  That being said, their support team has never failed to address any issue/question we have and within a reasonable time frame.  So, knowing that we can (and do) always get the support we need, any shortcomings are generally easy to overcome.

> Overall positive experience.  We looked at MANY other systems before choosing NetExam and after roughly 7+ years of use, have never felt compelled to re-evalute that decision or consider other systems.

> **Pros**: We switched about 7 years ago from SABA to NetExam. The switch took me less than 1 month (by myself). Easy to set-up, easy to use, lots of administrative automation. Our users love it. Extremely flexible, industry-leading support. Turn-around on support cases and functional enhancement requests is outstanding. Lots of API integrations, gamification, the list goes on. Very competitive pricing. You feel like a valued customer. We use NetExam for Sales Training (Internal Sales /External Rep Partners), Distribution Partner Training, Ecosystem Alliance Partner Training \&amp; Certification.

> **Cons**: Would love to tap into the database to pass-off real-time data for advanced analysis/dashboarding using Microsoft Power BI, Excel PowerPivot, Tableau, etc. It's not a limitation specific to NetExam, but really to the all vendors in this space. NetExam's adhoc reporting interface is great, but I want to do MORE\!
