I now complete Health \& Safety, Vehicle and Ladder Audits, New Starter forms, PPE Checks, Expense Forms, and Toolbox Talks and have added training videos \& staff certification. > > **Cons**: As with any new software, the first month of using the app is a learning curve \& you need to persevere to appreciate the benefits that it can bring. I no longer have to spend time typing up my notes, or resizing photos from an assessment as I do everything directly into the app so the assessment is finished when I leave the site. > > The helpdesk is very supportive \& helps with any issues I may have but also shows me how to do things myself.
