> TattooGenda automates various tasks related to appointment management to ensure smoother operations for the tattoo business. After a customer books an appointment, the system sends an automated email that includes a list of all appointments and requests a deposit payment. In case the deposit isn't paid on time, the system can send deposit reminders, and if the deposit remains unpaid after two reminders, the system can even cancel the appointments.

Furthermore, TattooGenda also sends automated appointment reminders to customers one day before the appointment. Post-appointment, the system sends automated follow-up emails to ask how the customer's tattoo healing process is going and to request a review.

The calendar overview showcases appointments with unpaid deposits, ones that have been paid for, appointments for tattoos, and appointments for design checks or consultations. It also shows when a guest spot is taking place, making it easier to manage bookings.

Additionally, the system keeps a history of each customer's appointments, including information such as attendance and how much time clients have spent in the studio before and with which artist. Managers can use this information to tailor services and improve customer experience.

The system also allows team leaders to track resident and guest artists individually, promoting services to customers who have booked with them. Administrators can set different default deposit amounts, daily rates, and hourly rates and define income shares for each artist. Operators can also create lists of payments, payment methods and shares per day, week, month, artist or guest spot.

The system integrates with Stripe and Mollie for deposit payments and tracks all deposits, including the time of payments, and can charge customers when they don't show up or cancel too late. Supervisors can keep waiting lists for customers and send emails to the waiting list when bookings reopen, or when a new guest spot comes up.

The system also allows teams to remind receptionists to ask specific questions, such as the body placement, color, or black and grey specifics. Guest artists can view and manage bookings remotely and managers can choose which artists have access to booking information and customer contact details.

Finally, if a guest artist works in multiple shops, leaders can easily invite them to the studio and manage bookings. Now these guest artists can see bookings over different studios in the same account.
