We were told no features would be taken away but every update features we use are taken away. One feature we used on a regularly was taken away and we had to pay for it to be put back. That does not make sense. You have to copy and paste to do this and then cancel preexisting appointment. There are too many steps. A right click and reschedule appointment would be much easier in a fast paste Dr office. > > I would give it an 8 out of 10. Also it was not explained that our last used number in prior PM and ours was abnormally high so now our chart numbers have 9 digits which is not great.
