Channel Manager and Property Management system - All in one
Professional and patient at all times. Staff are all well trained in all fields. They return calls promptly, and solve all problems.

This is one of the best systems we have used. User friendly and the amazing Nightsbridge staff are so helpful.
Cons

Guesthouse running made easy
Nightsbridge system saves me time, is mobile, the cell app works during load sheddings and goes a long way to prevent any double bookings and being allowed to instandly send quotes and invoices speeds up our service which brings in more clients.
Pros
The new updated cloud version of Nightsbridge has taken into account many of the small time consuming hassles that crop up daily. So bookings, booking changes, mulit room bookings, invalid credit card , on line registration, reporting, invoicing, extras have all become touch of the button options with some good automated items. The end of month booking reports are also a great tool for bookkeeping and tracking payments and referral commisions. Once automated welcome and info packs are added it will be hard to fault this system for making day to day operations simply and obvius. The back up cient support is also superb and I have never called and not received patient guidance until the problem has been resolved.
Cons
Automated and cutomisable Welcome letters, info packs and Thank you for staying and requests for reviews would be the next big time saver. Automated Resending of on line check in if it is not completed before check in. Next to room bookings bookings for appointment type offerings, like parking, spa treatments or pottery classes - they should be customisable - at the momment I have added the parking as a room, its works as keeps track of the bays and which guest has booked but it messes with the analytics and room occupany rates.

Low cost for small establishment is fine.
Bigger size establishments would need a better system

Ease of use, none complicated. Connects to most local agents in South Africa

Bookings made easy
Pros
It is impossible for me to run my guesthouse without Nightsbridge. It's available 24/7 on my phone anywhere I go, even while on overseas holidays I am able to run my business in South Africa. It updates all new bookings immediately so no change of double bookings. I started using it since we opened our guesthouse 6 years ago - best decision ever. It was easy to integrate with existing business processes and the Nightsbridge team is also super helpful should one require assistance.
Cons
A great product to use, would definitely recommend it.

A Lifesaver Product
All my problems! Would not be able to run a smooth working entity without Nightsbridge
Pros
It is a one-stop facility that covers my whole business. I can book and unbook on my Calander, change rooms and rates, put on promotions, basically do everything I need to keep everything 100%
Cons
As I do not have much time on hand, it sometimes takes a while to go through a stack of new information.

Hi Ria -- if the only issue is not being able to keep up with the new features then that's still a win for us!
We try to stagger new roll-outs and space out communications for this exact reason. But we understand that change sometimes happens at a very quick pace.
Please keep in mind that you can schedule refresher training with our team at any stage, and that our list of tutorials cover each part of the system in depth.
