> **Pros**: pVault allows documents to be scanned and directly attached in RFMS, where users can view easily.

> **Cons**: After initial set up, I am responsible for setting up new document types.  It can be difficult to get all the details correct and implement successfully.  However, customer service has been excellent at helping me figure it out.
> 
> Implementing pVault increased our efficiencies by reducing the time and effort it required to attach documents.  We were scanning, bookmarking, splitting and manually attaching.  Now, we scan and documents automatically attach\!  Additionally, indexing is easy and makes document searching more successful.
