If you don't have great training, you don't have great adoption, which means you're wasting money and resources. The possibilities are endless\! Seamless API connection to our LOS system allows for instantaneous contact migration and mapping. The ability to create custom automation using their Journey tool is completely amazing. We have been able to integrate almost 98% of our tech stack into TE allowing us to build out quite a comprehensive intelligent automation platform. > > **Cons**: As with any system, you're going to run into your road blocks. Customization of certain features is slightly limited and depended on the TE team to upload templates or alter templates for you etc. Also, this one is so small but continues to be a thorn in our sides; Profile pictures for any user are limited to less than 1MB in file size which is CRAZY small... most cell phone pictures are WAY higher resolution than this. This puts a little bit of a hiccup in account creation as we have to constantly re-size and reduce profile photos so they can be uploaded to TE. > > We absolutely LOVE TE and everything it brings to the table.
