Pros
A great tool for marketers and app developers who want to track every element of their app. It doesn’t just track but it provides you with insights that you can use to improve your app.
You can run A/B tests and use behavioral targeting and analysis to understand users. Tools like heatmaps, video metrics, and screenshot stats are indeed very helpful for app marketers.
Cons
It is expensive. It is really expensive which makes it a tool for high-end developers and apps
