• manage opinions (centralization, and response models),
• relay news and promotions on GMB, PagesJaunes, Facebook to ensure national and local communications,
• consult audiences and contact performance, with reports accessible by level of granted rights.


Bridge, allows users to perform many actions:

• External tools and widgets can be integrated with BRIDGE to present reviews, display social media feeds or handle customer inquiries.
• Local pages can be configured to showcase individual store locations, with customizable page designs and content, configurable modules for appointment scheduling, quote requests and product reservations, and the ability to '' add location specific offers and promotions.
• Store managers can be assigned responsibility for their store's local page, allowing them to update content, including contact information, store hours, and promotions.
• Online listings can be published to Google My Business (covering Google search and Google Maps) and Bing, with the ability to configure content for different publishers, and built-in quality tools to automatically detect duplicate listings and all. missing field, inconsistency or discrepancies within the lists.
