It arrived right around the time we started our agency so we kind of "grew up" with it. I have used other systems. Many don't have as many features or are this modern, most that are offer many more features and are much more expensive. This is a great product for mid size to small agencies. What I like most about the software is the ease of use and Google integrations. While they boasts a productivity suite of ticketing and IQ I don't feel as if they have held back anything in regards to the main productivity offering. Customer service is on point and fast. We get this has to pump through a lot of data but wish it could run faster for us.
