> **Pros**: Quick set up and rule deployment resulting in immediate savings from identification of inefficiencies in operation.

> **Cons**: Only con is recurring cost but you avoid hefty setup fees that other companies charge.
> 
> Their technical  staff once provided access to BAS quickly pulled in data and applied rules delivering results in a single day or days.  Their virtual metering eliminated the need to install building submeters saving thousands of dollars.   Amazing how quickly we were able to access Datakwip and identify potential savings.
