I have used other programs in the past where you can submit an order to a vendor and it goes into a sort of "black hole"; with Prendio, it is super easy to see order status and know which orders are pending or complete and ready to ship. Orders are never lost because the web-based software never "times out" like some other applications. If you are in the middle of creating a cart and you close the screen, the cart will be automatically saved. You can also create a new cart from a past order and save carts for things that you order monthly etc. This is a very helpful feature\! > > **Cons**: It would be nice to see a mobile application for iPhone or Android in a future release.
