> vPlan is a planning tool that helps advertising agencies, production companies, support, and development teams with scheduling work orders, viewing roadmaps, team collaboration and more. Users can plan marketing activities with a drag-and-drop interface and include colleagues on important tickets. It includes an overview, notifications and automation capabilities. 

Using vPlan, businesses can manage each process and customize the schedule, track the capacity of resources, such as employees and machines as well as share and communicate schedules quickly within the shop floor. Teams can process tickets with bugs and issues, schedule developers and support staff and gain insight into planned work. It lets organizations can set up work orders by defining a date field or serial number.

vPlan allows users to set up their own pipeline and apply sales and purchasing processes. Orders can pass through different, self-organized statuses to improve tracking. By adding information to tickets through a checklist, employees can access the required information to deliver orders on time.

> **Pros**: The tool gives very much insight and a good overview. Furthermore it's very user friendly to work with. We use it to schedule the process of our architectural buildings we build as a contractor. It's also possible to invite other parties, so the collaboration is smoother and every party does know what and when it has something to do.

> **Cons**: We do not have any cons, it's perfect for us, an exactly fit in what we need. We do very like the user interface and the ease to use it.

> It's not only a tool specific to schedule process, but you can receive and combine a lot of different data from it, to plan capacity, to see the booked ours, make analysis from the booked data, plan several projects at the same time, in the same UI as the UI of a single project et cetera.

> **Cons**: De koppeling tussen Exact en Vplan had iets meer tijd nodig dan van te voren gedacht/gepland. Echter was dit niet ten nadelen door Vplan.

> **Pros**: De integratie van Exact werkt uitstekend.Daarnaast werk je nu met één werkbon, waardoor je niet herhaaldelijk bezig bent met het invullen van informatie. Dit voorkomt fouten \& onnodig werk.

> **Cons**: Je moet zelf tijd en energie in vPlan sturen. Dit wordt wel duidelijk van tevoren gecommuniceerd\!

Uiteindelijk moeten wij zelf de beste werkwijze hierin vinden. vPlan biedt wel enorm veel handvaten - en daarom ook 5 sterren - om het naar jouw wens in te richten\!
