> **Pros**: t's very user-friendly and visually appealing. Their sources are very varied and their AI tag is not perfect but very accurate. There are a lot of filters that make query writing and refining much easier. One small detail that makes a difference it tells you exactly what is wrong with your query so you can easily correct it. Other software I've used only tells you there's something wrong without highlighting where.

> **Cons**: Setting a date range can be tricky, collecting historical data with high mentions can take a full day. The visual insights are great but you can't download an excel file or pdf with the URL's collected, it needs to be done manually.
