> **Pros**: We have been a partner since 2011The product has helped us meet initial and ongoing business objectives through many development features and transition across platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)Implemented a chatBOT, also helped us achieve a reduction in head count freeing up agents to deal with more complex queries. The software is agent friendly and the functionality is easy to use. The inclusion of WhatsApp to our service offer so far has proved successful - keen to develop further.Software has so many capabilities such as video and keen to explore other areas in our roadmap which we haven't had the opportunity to do yet.
