It's got a great labeling system - "D" for Damaged, etc. so you can quickly pinpoint in the report where the problem areas are in the rental property. > > **Cons**: There was a bit of a learning curve in using the mobile app. > > We had a neighbor of one of our rental properties claim that our previous tenant broke a piece of their iron fence off. We were able to access the pictures and prove that the fence in question was intact before the timeframe of the claim.
