I transitioned from a different system because I needed extras like being able to sell packages (vs single services), offer occasional discount codes, communicate with clients privately while keeping all the communication in the same place to refer to for later. I also like being able to send out e-newsletters and have an AI feature to help me polish my messages and give suggestions with integrated call to action buttons. And lastly, it gives multiple integrated ways to collect payments and issue automatic receipts that has my branding on everything. > > **Cons**: Currently there's still no automated new client intake forms that is as smooth as a couple of other platforms I had seen. I hope it happens in the future though. This is "normal" according to Vcita support which blows my mind. Every time I try to export more than a handful of files Vcita will crash and I’m unable to get my data out, good luck trying to leave Vcita.
