About Breww

Breww is a cloud-based management software designed to help small to mid-sized breweries and distilleries streamline daily operations including production, recipe development, packaging, and sales. Breweries can utilize the mobile application which includes an online trade store to sell products directly to businesses. Breww provides features that allow businesses to monitor inventories, record fermentation and quality assurance (QA) readings, generate custom reports and handle accounts, orders, and shipments. It enables supervisors to optimize routes, allocate deliveries to drivers, set up delivery areas, and track shipment containers using barcode labels. Additionally, Breww lets administrators view customers’ order history, monitor stock levels, and synchronize documents across systems through a centralized dashboard. Breww allows businesses to integrate the platform with third-party email marketing, eCommerce, and delivery management systems including Xero, Squarespace, Stripe, Mailchimp, KashFlow, SageData, WooCommerce, Paypal, Shopify, and more.

We had a great on boarding experience. The sales staff are knowledgeable about our industry and the tech support is responsive. The community forum and feature request setup is great.

Pros

Integration of all aspects of our production. Inventory management, production planning and equipment maintenance features are well thought out. Price point is really hard to beat.

Cons

Reporting functions are a little un-intuitive non-computer savvy users. Some features are a little too hidden. The keg scanning tool is a little flakey on some devices like newer iPhones.

Breww for use in Small Craft Industry

Great experience. Would recommend and do so to all brewery managers.

Pros

We did explore a number of options when deciding on a brewery management system. Breww is by far the best value for money with the features it provided.

Cons

Early on the software was a little clunky. Most if the issues have been rectified.

Pros

The customer support is just unprecedented.

Cons

There is honestly nothing to not like. If there is something that is not working or different than expected, support is there to help.

can be glitchy sometimes and wish you could have 2 browsers open on different versions
