### "The BEST value for any of the UX respository tools out there\!" — 5.0/5

> **Kelsey** | *3 March 2022* | Public Safety | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: EVERYTHING\!\!\!\! UserBit not only solved my issue of providing a robust qualitative research repository, but is absolutely packed with helpful tools such as robust Notes features with tagging and transcripts for video/audio files, powerful Survey analysis, the ability to quickly analyze and gather Insights and share them in a very visual way via a Project Reports, not to mention tools that help you create/share Personas, Card Sort Studies, Visual Site Maps,User Flows and Journey Maps. The value of UserBit is incredible\!\!\!\! Throughout my journey trying to find another tool similar to UserBit, I found nothing else that compared to the value and features that UserBit provides.
>
> **Cons**: I honestly can't think of a single thing. Every once in a while I will run into something like, "Oh hey it would be cool if this did this," but it is always an extremely minor improvement (and often I'll reach out to the UserBit team and they will sometimes consider it for a future release, or explain to me how I could use the tool differently to accomplish my task).
>
> Honestly UserBit has been a complete game changer and they make me look SO GOOD at my job. I can't imagine using any other software for my UX research.

### "Life-changing time saver" — 5.0/5

> **Sylvain** | *12 June 2020* | Internet | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Reunites in one place all the data about my users. Originally specialized in qualitative gathering, several updates make it a really complete tool now\! I'm amazed by the simplicity of use and the reactivity of your customer service. Seriously, you lack at least two stars on your rating scale for these guys.
>
> **Cons**: A con that actually is a pro : In the beginning of my paid plnan, lot of small and big features were lacking. But in just more than 6 month, boom : Survey module, Autotagging, Personas revamp, Interviews management revamp.

A real con that remains : Automated import through zappier / Gdocs or something else, to avoid having to manually import quantitative data.
>
> Amazing.
The product itself is pretty cool but what actually amazes me is that I requested some features and got them released like 2 weeks after. I don't know if I'm completely inline with your roadmap, or if you just well identified your users problem, but this is great work \!

### "Make user research easier" — 5.0/5

> **John** | *15 July 2020* | Higher Education | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I used UserBit for a research project on students at my university. I had about 9 hours of interview notes that I had to comb through for insights in a short amount of time. I was able to code/tag line by line and organize the tags in a much more holistic way and easily group them into something that made sense. The features I use the most are in the "synthesis" category such as creating highlights and insights because it allows you to turn raw data into something more meaningful.
>
> **Cons**: Two things

1. I think the analytics feature is a bit confusing to use or I'm not using it correctly. When I tag the interview notes in my own convention, the platform doesn't make sense of my tags properly and it's not editable unless you edit the coding itself.

2. Group actions are difficult. Moving tags or editing tags in bulk can take a long time since you can't edit them by the group. I hope that the team can improve on this experience later with an update.
>
> What really made UserBit experience great was that it made the tedious part of the research a lot more fun and take a lot less time. The features are easy to use and the platform does majority of the job of organizing/synthesizing insights for you. In addition, the team is very responsive to user feedback and really listens to you to build their products.

### "Built a Research Experiments Engine around this tool" — 5.0/5

> **Clemens** | *4 October 2019* | Management Consulting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: - Incredibly flexible templates for Persona building, User Journey mapping, and Site mapping
- Tagging of interviews for feature reports creates a traceability to specific stakeholder or user interview requirements (it's proof of market demand for us)
- Excellent report generation for multiple parties to export to PDF
- Clean UX and fast response time
- Productivity of team is unparalleled - New features biweekly and immediate bug fixes.
- Pricing is reasonable for the amount of value I get with my team
>
> **Cons**: - There's a lot of features that may take some users learning time to realize the apps full potential.
- Would be awesome if it integrated directly with Google docs and presentations as plugins or made more partnerships with mock-up/design programs
>
> I've used Userbit's features outside of the intended UX Design community best practices. As a technology consultant, I create a new project for every client engagement and make sure meetings and notes are processed in the same place. Being able to tag across these notes and draw some quantitative important findings from these meetings are very valuable for gathering thoughts. Since most consultancy engagements have some "proof of value", I am able to share the project directly with the client and have received great feedback on showing connections to prepare for a software engagement. This is a game-changer for my personal productivity and has won me additional business in second phases and via recommendations.

### "Incredible software for user research" — 5.0/5

> **Jay** | *4 October 2019* | Hospitality | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Honestly, it's hard to narrow down because I like so much about Userbit.
The tagging feature has proved essential as it allows me to capture data from a multitude of sources (interviews, surveys, notes, etc.) and easily synthesis to reveal trends from our research.
>
> **Cons**: In the beta version, the report feature was a little hard to navigate. They have recently rolled out an update that solved the issue.
>
> Userbit has proven pivotal in my UX toolkit and has helped streamline the research process. Since adopting, it has already elevated my team's design decisions, influenced stakeholder buy-in and helped empower our users.

I should also mention the Userbit team. They are one of the most customer-focused companies that I have encountered. They are always very quick to respond to questions and feedback requests.

Highly recommended\!
