> **Cons**: They offer the poorest customer service possible taking days to reply to your inquires, they feature totally inaccurate information about our inventory quantities, several systems bugs, don't offer decent reports to our accountability, like the basic as shipped orders shipped, returns, stock count rest on.
They offer a really bad service if you put your business in their hands, you will regret it.

approached me asking for my company account, I've trusted in his promises and we became of FB's 1st client. We've been working with them for 1,5 years and since the beginning, we been suffering a lot because of their several mistakes and low service standards. They shipped parcels to wrong recipients, several losses in their warehouses, huge delay replying to our customer's requests sometimes they simply ignore the issues living as weeks with no reply. We hired their service as freight forward and in Nov 2019 they underdeclared the quantity of the goods that we were importing to Europe letting our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] cargo being seized in UK customs. Our cargo is about to be destroyed because of their mistake and they simply didn't do anything to avoid it, I had to standup hiring lawyers to recover it, but they stated that our success chances as minimal. Because of these terrible experiences we finally de decided to terminate our relationship with them but they are doing everything possible to delay our inventory withdrawal and making this process the most expensive possible. Our cargo in China took one a month to be recovered and put cargo in Europe is still in their possession, they took two months to authorizes our pickup using false excuses the pickup services were closed due to the Covid-19, but we contact the

> **Pros**: Easily installation to set up and begin operating to start fulfilling orders on the application in the beginning

> **Cons**: Okay product but could be much easier to use… way too many screens to click between to fulfill orders

> Way too many sets needs to complete orders which is annoying when you have several to fulfill
