Perhaps the best feature of LexWorkplace is that is is a very stable platform with virtually no downtime. The developers are not constantly tweaking the interface so that there is no need to constantly adjust your interaction with the platform. > > **Cons**: There is only a limited ability for users to save emails in an efficient manner. Emails sent on different dates with the same name are flagged as duplicates even though the content is not the same. Unless LexWorkplace also hosts your email, there are no automated prompts for saving emails. > > We have had a very positive experience with LexWorkplace. It gives us peace of mind that our files are electronically stored in a safe, stable environment that can be accessed from anywhere and at anytime.
