> **Pros**: Alles binnen 1 systeem, goed inzicht lopende projecten, urenregistratie en facturatie. De rapportage van elk onderdeel is helder en duidelijk.

> **Cons**: Ik kan eigenlijk geen minpunten bedenken, alleen dat wij veel eerder dit systeem hadden moeten gaan gebruiken.

> Wij werken als architectenbureau inmiddels met YVI Ruby en zijn hier zeer tevreden over. Het systeem geeft ons uitstekend inzicht in onze lopende projecten, de urenregistratie en de facturatie. Alles is overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk, waardoor we efficiënter kunnen werken.

Ook de ondersteuning verdient een groot compliment. De helpdesk reageert snel en denkt actief mee wanneer je een vraag hebt. De implementatie is bovendien erg soepel verlopen. Tijdens de overstap van ons oude systeem naar YVI Ruby werd alle tijd genomen om ons goed te begeleiden, waardoor de overgang probleemloos verliep.

Later dit jaar gaan we ook de koppeling met ons boekhoudpakket realiseren. Gezien onze ervaringen tot nu toe hebben we er alle vertrouwen in dat ook dit traject soepel zal verlopen.

> **Pros**: Een extra pluspunt vind ik het persoonlijke contact met de consultant: er wordt echt meegedacht, snel geschakeld en je krijgt begeleiding waar nodig.

> **Cons**: De grootste nadelen van IVY Software zijn voor mij dat sommige extra functies, zoals reminders voor taken of acties, extra kosten met zich meebrengen. Daardoor kan je pas later (of niet volledig) gebruikmaken van bepaalde functionaliteit.

> In het algemeen zijn we erg tevreden met IVY Software. We hebben er veel profijt van en het helpt ons om processen en taken beter te organiseren. Als er ergens iets is of een vraag ontstaat, wordt dit bovendien meestal snel opgelost, waardoor we vlot kunnen blijven doorwerken.

> **Pros**: Ten opzichte van de software die we vroeger gebruikte is dit super gebruiksvriendelijk. Daarbij krijg je ook uitstekende ondersteuning, vragen worden snel en adequaat behandeld.

> **Cons**: Er zijn niet echt nadelen. Wel wijkt onze business iets af van het gemiddelde adviesbureau dat IVY gebruikt. Wij hebben veel korte projecten en daarvoor zouden we sommige functies net iets anders willen (voor ons zou het handig zijn als we een projecttemplate konden kopieren). Maar dat zijn kleine puntjes. er is altijd een work around te vinden.

> Het is heel fijn om met IVY te werken. Ten opzichte van de tool die we voorheen gebruikten hebben we heel veel meer overzicht. We merken ook dat het een 'groeicurve' is: we gebruiken steeds meer elementen van wat mogelijk is en daarmee wordt ons overzicht steeds beter. Wat heel fijn is dat je altijd snel en duidelijk antwoord krijgt op vragen.
