If you do get someone on the phone, they are usually very polite though. - Takes forever for them to get back to you and when they do, they want you to do more work. Give them "more examples of the problem". - As a Canadian client, I don't like paying in US$ as it fluctuates. Honestly, I wouldn't even mind that so much if we didn't have so many little problems. - At one time, they apparently forgot to click the box that says "Canadian" for pricing and all my products were being sold as US$ prices but in Canadian dollars\!\! > > It's "okay".
