- **Pricing Details**: 1.	We offer three levels of ACA Management Software (IRS-certified). Pricing is based on the number of employees, the number of companies and FEINs, and whether or not electronic filing is required. There is a one-time cost to purchase the software, and an 20% annual maintenance fee. With the purchase of the software, you have the option to have Passport file with the IRS on your behalf, for a small fee.

2.	We also provide an ACA Full Service Option in which our ACA team manages your ACA compliance. A HIPAA agreement is signed by both parties. We maintain your employee information for you through the year and take care of filing with the IRS at year end. Pricing is based on the number of employees, number of FEINs, and certain reports. 

3.	We offer friendly knowledgeable support services for our software for an hourly fee. While we do not offer legal consultation,  we can point you in the right direction for answers to your Affordable Care Act questions.

> **Pros**: Very straight forward to use.  For the first few years, I only used it once a year, and with the notes, was able to pick it up quickly.

> **Cons**: Careful while you are running your last batch;  close your year before you are ready.  If you happen to do this, Passport (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) and open it back up.

> The whole ACA details at first seemed confusing and cumbersome.  				\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the group at Passport software have made it straightforward and manageable.
