It does not allow Venezuelan customers to manage their cards, nor their accounts while in Venezuela, and it is a terrible deal, since you might be eventually parked at some places, and you won't be able to use your funds. The customer support is not as good as it should be. I found myself looking for Wise customer services in different countries once a particular time zone is closed.
