> **Pros**: My district moved to using Wincap for Payroll last year and is has been a smooth transition. Instead of receiving paper copies now of our paychecks, we are able to access this directly in Wincap each week. We are able to see our paychecks along with attendance information. It is easy to use and there is an option to print a hard copy too if you wish.

> **Cons**: There has been no issues for me using this software- it was easy to use and navigate. I was worried when we were not going to receive paper checks anymore, but I am confident in this system and can access information anytime I need.
