The objectives can be both qualitative and quantitative, as well as corporate, role-related, or personal. 

The evaluation process can be used to assign bonuses and rewards or to take development actions to address critical issues that may have emerged during the performance evaluation. Altamira Performance is an interactive software that actively engages managers and employees in the evaluation processes and alerts them through automatic notifications when it’s time to take action.
