GPS Trackit offers features including GPS tracking, scheduling and dispatching, vehicle maintenance, automated reporting, vehicle profiles, roadside assistance management and equipment inventory management. The solution enables users to configure email or text alerts and send them to specified users for vehicle maintenance and geofencing. Pros
I've been using GPS Trackit for a while now, and I'm impressed! It's a great app for keeping tabs on my fleet, whether I have a small business with a few vehicles or a larger operation. GPS Trackit has been a valuable asset in managing my fleet. It's given me greater visibility into my operations and helped me improve efficiency and safety. I highly recommend it!
Cons
I would like to be able to download videos that I request larger, or be able to see them online. Videos of 1 min are hard to find and see what happend

Effective Equipment to Save your Business Money
Overall, I have had a positive experience with GPS Trackit. I have been using it for years and it has performed well. Customer Service is always responsive and they work well to figure out solutions for any problems that may arise.
Pros
I like GPS Trackit because of the money I have saved from using it. It is very effective at monitoring employee behavior as well. I have used this system to verify completed jobs for payment. I have also used this system to verify complaints regarding my employees driving. There is a lot to like regarding this system and its user-friendly interface.
Cons
I like the old format better than the new cloud format. I do like the capabilities that come with both formats, however.

Descent Prodcut - POOR Customer Service
Pros
Does what it is expected to do for a GPS tracking software.
Cons
We do not recommend using GPS Trackit or any of their sister companies. We have used them for years and DID NOT sign a contract. We decided to move to another company because we would be able to get more value for our dollar. Well, breaking up has been very painful. They want to charge for 60 days, okay fine. But, then they cut our account off the day after we cancelled. How do you expect someone to pay for 60 additional days of service, but not allow them to use the product during those 60 days?

It sounds like you left GPS Trackit due to finding a better value somewhere else, but you're now experiencing issues with customer support and the 60-day cancelation policy.
You are correct, we should not be shutting off the services before the 60 period ends, unless specifically requested. If you'd be kind enough to share your acount information with us directly, we would really appreciate it. This will be used to research and coach appropriately. GPS review
I really don't want a day to go by without using it now, I think I'm spoiled. The overall experience has been great.
Pros
I like that we can track our trucks in real time which helps us service our customers quickly. It's great to be able to see the techs locations on the map and we can send the closest tech to the job.
Cons
Sometimes the Geofencing get's a little off, but it really is pretty accurate most of the time. It even located our semi that was taken off our lot. We recovered it quickly.
